Upon graduation, Howard students have been accepted into a variety of colleges, universities, and trade schools including:

- Delaware State University
- Delaware Technical and Community College
- Wilmington University
- Goldey-Beacom College
Many graduates have also gone on to Apprenticeship and Trade Extension programs.
HOME ACCESS CENTER (HAC) DIRECTIONS
- Go to the following website: http://hac.doe.k12.de.us/homeaccess/
- Select "New Castle Votech" as the district
- Username: student's id number
- Password: also the student's ID number
- Click "Log In".
- Once you're into the HAC website, you can check things such as classwork, grades, progress reports, test scores, and attendance. You can also email your teacher directly from this site.
- Remember to check with the teacher for any questions/concerns.

STUDENT SUCCESS PLANS
The Delaware Department of Education has implemented Student Success Plans (SSP). The SSP is a program that will help students plan for their future, while providing educators with the tools to support them as they do so. The SSP may be developed with the aid of an online program that students will explore as part of a guided advisement.
